Ordering
Ordering is simple, you can either telephone, e-mail or use the normal mail service. We also accept credit card for payment, but prefer not to do so by e-mail or through our website. If you prefer to pay with plastic, please telephone (or fax) details to us. Additionally, we also accept credit cards in person at exhibitions. Cheques, however, are acceptable and will not be banked until your order is fulfilled.
We can send you a pro-forma invoice of exact cost including postage etc. on receipt of your order - if required. UK postage is usually about £3.50 for Parcelforce or £7 by next-day courier. Smaller items may be less although these white metal items can be quite heavy!
If you require to pick up your order at an exhibition, or are wanting a particular kit or spare, please give us plenty of warning so that we can be sure we have it ready for you - space is often at a premium and we may not always have what you want with us!

Enquiries and Reservations
Customers are asked
to phone to check availability of items, or to obtain further details. Models
can be reserved for an agreed period against a 25% deposit, and they may be
viewed by appointment, or at any exhibition, with prior arrangement.
Payment
Payment must be
made in full before items can be despatched or collected. Overseas customers
must pay by sterling cheque or money transfer. We can also accept payment by
credit/debit card but regret there is a 2% service charge for this method of
payment.
Postage / Despatch
Postage in UK will usually be by
next day courier at a charge of £6.50 (items under 1 kg will be sent by
mail at cost.
Overseas postage and insurance will
be at cost - usually by International Datapost.
