LNER/BR
Y6 0-4-0T |
Etched
brass body and chassis with brass bearings and white metal castings -
motor is underslung to show full interior detail which is included. As
the loco has skirts it can be fitted to a Playmobil, or other suitable
commercial chassis, for quick construction but may well suffer from some
loss of interior detail. This is the well known loco used on the Upwell
and Wisbech tramway and later the Great Yarmouth quay and other ports.
Lasted till 1951. Would make an excellent 'Toby' to keep the kids amused. |

02 0-4-0 Diesel Shunter |
Etchings
for body only - no chassis or castings. This loco fits onto the Playmobil
0-4-0 chassis and you need to make the very few parts required to complete
the model. There are sketches with the etchings to help you but you do
need photos of the real thing. 'A Pictorial Review of the Diesel Shunter'
by C. Marsden is very useful for this. |
